When you submit a form (a guide request or the contact form), we collect what you enter: your name, email address, your mobile phone number (required on the home value form, optional elsewhere), your current location or the area you are considering, and any message you write. Like most websites, the site may also collect basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited.
We use your information to send the guide you requested, respond to your inquiry, and follow up about your real estate goals. If you check the optional consent box on a guide form, we may also contact you by text message or phone call at the number you provided.
A phone number is required on the home value form so we can follow up on your request and is optional on our other forms. Consent to receive marketing texts or calls is not a condition of any purchase or of receiving a guide. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, or HELP for help. Mobile numbers and text-messaging consent are not shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
We do not sell your personal information. We use service providers to operate the site and our business (for example website hosting, email delivery, and a customer relationship management system), and we may share information with our brokerage as required for real estate business. These providers may only use your information to provide their services.
