Coasterra is a master-planned community in Palmetto, in Manatee County, on the north side of the Manatee River. Several builders have neighborhoods within it, and public listings describe different mixes of homes, from gated single-family neighborhoods to a separate active-adult neighborhood. Bradenton, Ellenton, Anna Maria Island and Lakewood Ranch are all within reach, and I-75 is nearby.
What varies most from one Coasterra neighborhood to the next is what matters most to a buyer: the builder, the lot size, HOA dues, whether there is any CDD assessment, and which amenities are open now versus planned. Public listing sites do not always agree with each other on these points, so confirm each one with the builder in writing before you rely on it.

It depends on the neighborhood, and listing sites do not always agree. Ask the builder and review the closing documents for any annual CDD assessment, along with HOA dues. If you are new to CDD fees, our short explainer on what a CDD fee is covers the basics.
The builder's sales team represents the builder. If you want your own agent, bring them with you on your first visit, because many builders will not add one after you have registered on your own. We explain how that works in new construction buying.
